Reena Tagger-Saint Louis is the Founder and CEO of Hiring Inclusive and most importantly, a woman on a mission. Reena has over 15 years of experience in the HR, HR-Tech, Recruitment and the DEI consulting space. Beyond this, Reena has lived experience as a South Asian woman that has spent half her life in the US and the other half in Canada. With this unique perspective, Reena has dedicated her career towards securing a more equitable, diverse and inclusive world, where everyone feels they truly belong. With Hiring Inclusive, she intends to do this through creating and fostering a community of diverse professionals that can share their lived experiences in the workplace without fear of retaliation or repercussions that would negatively impact their livelihood, while providing other potential employees insights into their next potential career move. Hiring Inclusive will also provide employers the opportunity to connect with diverse candidates through a job board. Hiring Inclusive also offers Recruitment services, finding top candidates from diverse backgrounds and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting services.

Reena’s missions goes beyond the workplace. She is also the Founder of an Inclusive Children’s entertainment company – Dream Parties and the Founder of Inclusive Child, which is a school-board approved organization that educates Elementary and High School students on the importance of inclusion.
